In consultation with leading workplace relations practitioners, NRA Legal has developed the Workplace Investigations Masterclass – a half-day intensive workshop where participants will obtain hands-on experience by conducting their own mock investigation.

Whether you are new to workplace investigations, or simply want to keep up-to-date with best practice, the Workplace Investigations Masterclass is tailored to suit all skill levels. The workshop will cover the rules of engagement for investigators, as well as practical skills including:

• drafting clear and concise letters of allegation;
• effective interviewing techniques; and
• dealing with misconduct during the investigation.
